Our Services
-
Family Petitions
Reuniting families is at the heart of U.S. immigration law and a core part of our mission. Whether you're a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, we can help you petition for your loved ones and navigate the family immigration process wherever your family currently lives.
-
DACA Renewals
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals is available for renewals only at this time. You must currently have a work authorization through DACA or have a recently-expired work authorization through DACA to renew.
-
Adjustment of Status
Applications for a Green Card, or to become a Lawful Permanent Resident. Green Cards can be obtained through family petitions, employment petitions, and a few other nonimmigrant visa options.
-
Naturalization
If you were not born in the United States, to become a United States Citizen, you must naturalize. You must have your Green Card for 3-5 years in most cases.
-
Asylum
Asylum is available for an individual who is in the United States and is found to be unable or unwilling to return to their country of nationality, or to seek the protection of that country, because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution.
-
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) is a pathway to a Green Card available for children who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by one or both parents.

U Visas
The U visa offers protection and a path to lawful status for victims of certain serious crimes who have suffered harm and are willing to assist law enforcement. Contact us if you’ve been the victim of a crime like domestic violence, sexual assault, or trafficking.
-
T Visas
The T visa provides immigration relief to survivors of human trafficking who are physically present in the U.S. due to trafficking and are willing to assist law enforcement in investigating or prosecuting their traffickers.
-
Deportation/Removal Defense
If you’re facing removal (deportation) from the United States, you still have rights—and possibly options to stay. We represent individuals in removal proceedings, helping them understand their options, build a strong defense, and present their case in immigration court.
-
VAWA Self-Petition
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) allows certain survivors of abuse by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse, parent, or child to apply for immigration status without the abuser’s knowledge or involvement.
-
Graduate Student Immigration Options
Have you finished your graduate program and would like to stay in the US? We advise on work authorization options like CPT, OPT, STEM OPT extensions, and “Genius” Visas, and help with future planning, including transitions to work visas or permanent residency.
-
SIJS Predicate Order Support for Attorneys
We provide contract attorney services for attorneys in Kentucky and Ohio in need of a SIJS predicate order. We have extensive family experience in both states.
-
Consultations
We provide immigration legal consultations for anyone interested in knowing their options and rights. In the current political landscape, many immigrants have very few, if any, options to obtain a Green Card or Citizenship. We will honestly assess your options or lack or options and answer any questions you have. In most consultations, we make sure you know your rights if you encounter ICE or local police, explain the current legal landscape, and discuss how to protect your mixed-status family.
-
Other
This list is not exhaustive. Our office handles many other types of immigration remedies. Please schedule a consultation to see if we can meet your needs.
