Because immigration is federal practice, we can serve people all over the United States and across the globe. We are located in Northern Kentucky near Cincinnati, Ohio. Our attorney is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky and several federal courts.

Do you offer virtual or phone appointments?
To reduce overhead, we primarily practice virtually, either by phone or video. We can meet in person if you’re located near Cincinnati, Ohio.
How do you charge for legal services and do you offer payment plans?
We bill on a flat fee or hourly basis. When you meet with our attorney, she will give you a quote for our services. We do offer payment plans and accept all forms of payment.
What is my role during the legal process?
You play a central role in your legal case. While we will provide advice, guidance, and advocacy throughout the process, all major decisions in your case are ultimately yours to make. We depend on you to communicate openly, respond in a timely manner, and gather all necessary documents and information to keep your case moving forward. Your active participation is essential to a successful outcome.
Do you offer services in my language?
Yes. We offer video or telephonic interpreters in nearly all languages.
Is your office ADA accessible?
Yes. If you plan to attend meetings in person, our office is located in a building with a flat entrance and an elevator. Please tell us if you have accessibility needs before your appointment so we can ensure we are fully meeting your needs.
