Our attorney has significant experience in the nonprofit sector. Sarah has established a nonprofit from the ground up and she has served on boards in a variety of roles.

At the Office of the Attorney General of Kentucky, under Andy Beshear, she served as the head of the division of Charitable Giving. She monitored nonprofit registrations and compliance.

At the University of Cincinnati College of Law, she developed and teacher Nonprofit Law, a seminar where students learn about the lifecycle of a nonprofit, how to file state and federal required documents, and how to write funding pitches.
